Return Policy

**On made-to-order, customized, sale, and clearance items returns or exchanges are not accepted.**

1. Finality of Sales:

All sales are final. Once an order moves into production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests must be made within 5 days of order placement and/or before the commencement of production or shipment. There will be no refund if an order is canceled post-production or pre-shipment.
Partial Refund for Orders Post 7-Day Window:

If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 5-day cancelation window has passed but before production or shipment, please note:

Partial Refund: The refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods. This means you will receive a refund for the portion of your payment that exceeds our cost for the goods at the time of cancelation. This policy reflects the expenses we have already incurred in preparing your order.

3. Returns:

General Returns: We do not accept returns except as explicitly noted below. All sales are considered final upon dispatch.

4. Exchanges:

Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges for size only. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Exchange Process:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send out the replacement.
- Items must be exchanged within 5 days of receipt.

5. Exceptions to Returns/Exchanges:

Customized/Made-to-Order Items: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items: These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Charity and Fundraiser Items: No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted on products linked to charitable causes or fundraisers.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Shipping and Handling:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products for exchange. Replacement items will be shipped at our expense.

8. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

9. How to Initiate an Exchange:

Contact us with your order number to initiate an exchange. We will provide further instructions, including a return authorization number.

10. Refund Policy:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment ONLY. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.

We do not accept cancelations or exchanges on the following: Products benefitting charitable organizations, fundraisers, items tagged final run/sale, free or promotional items, any items damaged during shipping or opening.
