**On made-to-order, customized, sale, and clearance items returns or exchanges are not accepted.**

Order cancellation requests must be made within 5 days of order placement and/or before the commencement of production or shipment. There will be no refund if an order is canceled post-production or pre-shipment.
Partial Refund for Orders Post 7-Day Window:
If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 5-day cancelation window has passed but before production or shipment, please note:
- Partial Refund: The refund will be issued after deducting the cost of goods. This means you will receive a refund for the portion of your payment that exceeds our cost for the goods at the time of cancelation. This policy reflects the expenses we have already incurred in preparing your order.

Customized/Made-to-Order Items: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items: These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Charity and Fundraiser Items: No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted on products linked to charitable causes or fundraisers.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
